As long as I can remember, I have enjoyed being able to make a positive difference in others' lives. I received my Masters in Professional Counseling from the University of Pennsylvania in 2016 and have since then had the privilege of providing services to varied populations of individuals seeking assistance with managing mental health and substance use issues.
My therapeutic approach utilizes techniques from mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, and Seeking Safety. I like to use techniques that fit the person I'm working with and love to collaborate with my clients to ensure that their needs are met and their goals are achieved.
I currently provide outpatient individual therapy to adults in the state of Pennsylvania through a virtual platform. I spend most of my time at home with my husband and 1-year-old daughter. When I'm not working or parenting, I enjoy watching tv shows and movies, reading (especially Stephen King novels), and taking walks outside where I can feel like I'm a part of nature.
